Vadim Krasnoselsky in the course of working discussion in the mode of videoconference instructed Heads of state administrations of cities and regions of the republic to prepare requests for inclusion of local facilities in the program of the Capital Investment Fund 2021 by the end of the working week. Separately, visualized projects for improvement of central zones of cities - squares, public gardens, parks - should be presented. Obligatory component of future complexes is sports infrastructure. The President cited the sector of physical culture of the Catherine Park as an example, recommending taking these developments as a basis.
The President raised the topic of greening park areas. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that this should be done in a timely manner. This year there are only a few weeks left for establishment of new plantings, the President reminded, urging to use this time with benefit. They talked about sources of funding for this article. They paid attention today to the Pridnestrovian state theater. The institution, as an economic entity, operates under conditions of estimated funding. The current state of affairs is more than difficult. The offer was received to transfer the theater to work under the state order. The department of culture, state administration, educational institutions will act as customers. It is planned to hold performances not only on the stage of the theater named after Aronetskaya, but also at the sites of houses of culture, parks, schools, kindergartens, various organizations, enterprises, institutions. Business plan for 2021 is being prepared. It is necessary to collect applications from potential customers. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that while we can talk about performances exclusively in the open air as for this year with coronavirus circumstances. He recommended using the opportunities of the warm Pridnestrovian autumn and organizing October performances in Catherine (Tiraspol) and Alexandr-Nevsky (Bendery) parks.
Another hot topic is land reclamation. They talked at the meeting with the President about the need to distribute the load in this area between the state and the business community of the agricultural sector. The issue of introducing a tax for the development of the PMR reclamation complex is being discussed. The estimated amount is 12 million rubles totally. The investment of these funds in the equipment of the irrigation system for agricultural lands will increase the efficiency of their use and at the same time save public money and direct them to implementation of other socially significant programs. The proposal is being studied by all interested parties.
