Bendery, November 28./Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Pridnestrovian side always speaks about replacement of the obsolete terminal at the 9th (left) peacekeeping post during the meetings of the Joint Control Commission. As Oleg Belyakov, Co-Chairman of the JCC from Pridnestrovie noted in an interview to journalists, the PMR was ready to replace the truck trailer with a modern one in the shortest possible time, if it was possible to convince Moldovan colleagues in the governing body of the peacekeeping operation.
According to him, the premises for peacekeepers are completely unsuitable for service.
"The wagon is directly related to the peacekeeper's service. It's in bad conditions. There are blackouts during daylight hours. Military personnel often have no elementary opportunity to heat food, the place itself is in a terrible state", Oleg Belyakov said.
It should be noted that the issue of replacement of the car on this object has been raised for many years. In 2012, the Joint Control Commission decided at an emergency meeting that the military command would adopt a new scheme of service at 9 (left) and 9 (right) posts. The representatives of the RM link the issue of terminal replacement with the implementation of all the measures stipulated in the decision of the emergency meeting.
"Some works have already been completed (speed bumps have been installed, blocks have been expanded, barriers have been removed, etc.). But not all technical issues have been implemented by the JMC until the end. We don't mind. But this does not prevent us from replacing the truck trailer. And then let the military work on the implementation of all the issues included in the solution of the emergency meeting", Oleg Belyakov stressed
