The President’s working week began with a traditional video conference for Monday morning with Heads of state administrations. Leaders of cities and districts informed Vadim Krasnoselsky about the situation on the ground. They talked about improvement of settlements, preparation for the winter period, work on a draft budget for next year.
The Head of the Tiraspol administration said that the capital is ready for winter precipitation. Sand and salt mixture was purchased in the required quantity. 43 units of snow removal and sanding equipment are in the ranks. Specialized equipment was purchased for surfaces covered with paving slabs. Compact and lightweight distinguishes it from the usual heavy equipment. Thanks to these qualities, it will be possible to protect surface from damage, said Oleg Dovgopol. He also spoke about the continuation of tile laying work in the central part of the city: it is about designing the line for connecting the tile to asphalt at the intersection of October 25 and Shevchenko streets, as well as sidewalks. The President asked whether tiles were produced in sufficient quantities, noting that its manufacture is a significant volume in the republic, for which a considerable number of Pridnestrovians are involved. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the fact that the main producer of material for the design of the central square of the capital is a local entrepreneur. They spoke during the meeting about concreting and paving roads. Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the purchase of special equipment.
The President was interested in the progress in the improvement of the Catherine Park. According to Oleg Dovgopol, the approved project is being implemented as planned. By September 2, the bulk of the work should be completed, including the construction of a children's entertainment complex. His project is presented in a schematic form so far.
During the working discussion, the President outlined the problem, regarding which numerous appeals of the residents of Tiraspol are coming. Its essence is poor-quality fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by one of the passenger carriers. According to the applicants, the cars of the organization, which manages the routes connecting Kirovsky with other microdistricts of Tiraspol, violate the schedule, not observing the declared interval of fixed-route. Given that industrial enterprises and educational institutions are located on the path of their movement, the problem is widespread. The President instructed the Head of Administration to understand the situation and take measures, up to changing the carrier, in case he does not restore order on the routes.
They spoke at the meeting about housing cooperatives. The implementation of the affordable housing program for public sector employees continues. One more building is being prepared in the capital. The opening of the house in the October microdistrict is scheduled for mid-December. Vadim Krasnoselsky, addressing all the Heads, drew attention to the importance of choosing the chairman of the housing cooperative, on the personal and business qualities of which the improvement of the house depends not only during construction, but also during subsequent operation. The President focused on the issue of transparency and control over the receipt and expenditure of funds entering the cooperative treasury.
Vadim Krasnoselsky paid attention to many socially significant objects being built and repaired in Bendery. He asked about House of Culture named after Tkachenko, wondering whether the work will be completed by the New Year holidays. The Head of Bendery assured that the city New Year tree will be certainly held in the renovated hall of the House of Culture. Sports fields are being prepared for commissioning that are well-maintained thanks to the active participation of Bendery deputies. The President may take part in the opening ceremony of new facilities. Work in the Bendery pool is at the finish line. There were questions about the rowing base. Vadim Krasnoselsky, asked what was the reason for the lack of water, and, consequently, heating in the renovated office building. Roman Ivanchenko was entrusted with investigating the situation and taking urgent measures to correct it.
The President asked about new trolleybuses. Three trolleybuses were paid for and prepared for shipment from the Russian Federation, the Head of the Bendery administration said.
The President asked the Head of Rybnitsa about the progress in designing the park on the Dniester embankment. They also talked about the upcoming celebrations dedicated to the City Day. Rybnitsa will celebrate the holiday on November 21.
The meeting participants discussed issues related to the formation of the draft republican budget for the coming year. Vadim Krasnoselsky said that he plans to hold between the consideration of the draft main financial document of the republic in the first and second readings a workshop with the participation of heads of state administrations of cities and regions of the republic.
