The President’s meeting with the Heads of state administrations, traditional for Monday morning, took place in a video conference format. The leadership of cities and districts informed about the situation on the ground. Vadim Krasnoselsky gave working instructions.
They talked about the capital investment program implementation, as well as formation of a list of objects that will be included in it next year. The President emphasized that the fund of capital investment should not be the only source of financing the process of infrastructural renewal of settlements: local administrations are obliged to look for internal reserves as well. Vadim Krasnoselsky discussed the central square reconstruction with the Head of the capital. As part of the Catherine Park project, paving with sidewalk tiles and a dividing strip of the road has begun. The President asked about the timing of the work. According to Oleg Dovgopol, if the weather conditions are favorable, then they will be completed within a month. The President focused on the fact that the removed asphalt should not remain on the sidelines in the form of mountains of garbage. In addition, it was indicated that pedestrian crossings and sections of the road intended for turning vehicles are not affected by repair, that is, there will be no problems for road users. They talked about playgrounds, in particular, about purchase of equipment for them. The Head of Tiraspol noted that various proposals are being studied, among which those that are coming from Russian manufacturers and companies representing foreign countries.
The President spoke with the Head of the Rybnitsa administration about sports and playgrounds for children and youth. There are complaints from the local population that they are still not enough. According to the Head of the district, Viktor Tyagai, this year, four sites have been established under the state capital investment program, 31 according to the orders of voters (14 by local deputies, 17 — the Supreme Council). Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the opinion of residents should be a priority in the improvement of settlements.
The PMR President asked the Head of the Slobodzeya district, at what stage repair and construction work at the art school is. Vasily Tishchenko informed the President that they plan to commission the facility before the end of November.
