The PMR President held video conference

The working week of the President began with video conference with the heads of administrations of cities and regions of the republic.

They talked in the course of the meeting about formation of draft local budgets, capital investment fund for 2020, and the preparation of cities and regions of the republic for the autumn-winter period.

The President asked about improvement of park areas and places of leisure in all settlements of the republic. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted the positive changes in this area in Slobodzeya. The other day, the city celebrated its 250th anniversary. The opening date of the arcade complex and the launch of the fountain in the city center were timed to the holiday date. The President expressed gratitude to the Head of Slobodzeya Vasily Tishenko for holding festive events at a high organizational level. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that fountain complexes should appear in Grigoriopol, Kamenka and Dubossary in 2020.

The PMR President was interested in the restoration of the Vostok city cinema in Grigoriopol. The deputy head of the city Studinskaya Inessa told the President that this year the first stage of work on the cultural object will be carried out. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled: next year the cinema should already be put into operation.

The Memorial to the Victims of Fascism has been reopened in Dubossary after reconstruction. It is located on the site where more than 18000 civilians were executed in the fall of 1941.
