Tiraspol, September, 19. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. At the Bendery printing house Polygraphist, the printing of a presentation publication about the republic entitled “Golden Collection of the Pridnestrovie Best Places” was completed. The book is published in two volumes, their names speak for themselves - “Tiraspol - Bendery” and “From North to South”. This is a joint project of the Presidential Administration and the PMR Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The circulation of the publication is 500 copies. The book will be presented in a case embossed with gold. For printing, coated paper of the highest quality was used. Information and photo materials are written in two languages - Russian and English - and are equipped with QR codes. In the near future the book will be delivered to the customer, which was the PMR Ministry of Foreign Affairs,” Oksana Ursu, the production department head of the Polygraphist printing house said.
They prepared the “Golden Collection of the Pridnestrovie Best Places” for the republic 30th anniversary. Work on that began in late January and ended in early August this year.
“This is a large-scale project implemented for the first time. The team of authors has done significant work: the volume of the first volume is about 600 pages, the second is more than 400. The book will be interesting to both Pridnestrovians and republic guests. Having become acquainted with it, you can discover our land of plenty, learn about the cities and regions of the republic, the settlements located in them, the people living in them, enterprises, cultural objects, historical, architectural and nature monuments,” the electronic composition and type matter operator of Bendery printing house "Polygraphist" Vita Buzuk said.
According to her, by the 30th anniversary of the republic, it will be possible to reissue the book, and the “Golden Collection of the Pridnestrovie Best Places” will be replenished with new objects put into operation recently.
