Tiraspol, August 6. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. From July 29 to August 5 the championship of Russia in kayaks and canoe rowing among young men and girls up to 17 years and the All-Russian competitions among young athletes up to 15 years passed in Engels, Russia.
The sportsman of the Tiraspol rowing and shooting sports school Andrey Laskorunsky represented Moscow and participated there as a part of the Russian national team up to 17 years.
In the final race on the kayak single, at a 1000 m distance, the pridnestrovian athlete took the second place, having conceded to Nikita Erkin representing the Samara region. The representative of Moscow Zakhar Huzhy became the third, it is reported on the website of State Service for Sport.
