Tiraspol, June 20. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. This year in Tiraspol there are 746 graduates. Elegant, young and full of joyful hopes they began to gather on the Tiraspol Central Square long before the beginning of the celebration. And even the rain did not impair mood of this holiday.
«The mood is excellent, and plans – well just grandiose. I want to become a journalist. I studied in a humanitarian department of the lyceum where literary abilities, language, speech are really at a high level. Of course, I am afraid a little, but in general, it is very interesting and it is fascinating, and so there is a wish to enter this adulthood!» – the graduate of the 1st theoretical lyceum Yulia Roshko shared impressions.
«And I got a medal today. Whether it was difficult? Yes, really. The most difficult, probably, was to do homework. I do not feel yet that I had left school, probably, it will come later. I will study here, in Pridnestrovie, but it is hard to decide definitely where to go: on legal or on medical», – her friend Ekaterina Maksimenko added.
And their «colleague» – another Lyceum student – Dmitry Verbanov had already made the decision. His future speciality is connected with the economy, the benefit of lyceum math preparation gave the relevant base.
«Perhaps it will be sad later when we realise that we have left the lyceum and that there would be no lessons any more, but now it is very cheerful and positive. Whether I am glad? Once I wanted to graduate from school, and now, probably, I would remain in the 11th form. Plans – Moscow, I have already passed examinations and I will study there», – he says.
The senior generation – city heads and republican authorities – reminded youth that regardless of chosen city or speciality the main thing is to believe in yourself and to go forward. The name of the festival also remains this – «The World Is Your Oyster»
«Even if something did not turn out, do not respond at all. Life is so arranged that it always gives you the second chance, and you will always have time to become even better!» – the deputy chairman of the Government – the Minister of Health Care Alexey Tsurkan addressed graduates.
«Do not trust anybody who tells you something in life can not turn out. Only you know what you want. Of course, listen to parents, friends, acquaintances, but make your own decision», – the head of Tiraspol State Administration Oleg Dovgopol said.
43 gold and 45 silver medals – this year in Tiraspol there are 88 medallists. And a great number of prize-winners of sports competitions, Olympic Games and creative competitions. Ahead there are even more taken heights.
«I wish you to dream – dream defiantly, dream brightly because your life consists of this. It will be painted in such colours you will think up. Do not betray your dream, and it will never betray you», – the head of Tiraspol City Council Albina Ivanova said.
Solemn parade in front of teachers and parents, flown up balloons, the lyrical waltz and disco under the open sky… Tomorrow they will stop being pupils, but all this night is for them.
