Bendery, June 15. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Bendery Fortress became the centre of gravity for locals and city visitors again. The phrase: «The Place of Meeting Can Not Be Changed» sounded from everywhere and everyone remembered the Soviet poet, actor, singer, prose- and screenwriter Vladimir Vysotsky
Numerous admirers of Vysotsky emphasize: he was a person with a unique gift; he was called the voice of the last Soviet generation. He convicted society and a life way of the time. His life was tragically short – only 42 years. Even for this small period, the actor managed to mention the painful and often forbidden, but necessary and clear to people issues. Vysotsky is relevant also in the modern world; his numerous admirers keep trust and reckless love to his heritage.
As the actor, Vladimir Vysotsky took part in the creation of more than 30 movies. Among them «Taiga's Master», «The Bad Good Man», «How Czar Peter the Great Married Off His Moor». Main roles in movies «The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed» and «Little Tragedies» brought him special popularity. Soul of the author remained also in his songs.
Visitors of Vladimir Vysotsky memory festival plunged into a special atmosphere. By tradition organizers of the event tried to make the festival special, having supplied it with the original ideas and highlights.
The territory of the Fortress was separated into thematic locations. For example, it was possible to visit the «USSR canteen» - the «Astoria» restaurant appearing in the movie «The Meeting Place Can Not Be Changed» where visitors could participate in tango and a foxtrot master class. Also, there was a special photozone with the exposition of ship models.
There was also improvised tourist halt with fire cooked fish soup and pilaf for all the participants.
People who knew Vysotsky noted that it was two of his favorite dishes. Especially he liked when the food was cooked on a fire.
The location «Vladimir. The interrupted flight» in the Fortress corner tower was executed in style of the room of the 70th years of the last century with photos from a personal Vladimir Vysotsky album. Besides, there were performed musical and literary compositions, verses. Also, there were shown fragments of documentaries with the participation of the bard.
In the square tower of the Fortress, the Vladimir Vysotsky television performances were shown.
Main action was on the scenic platform where actors from Bendery, Tiraspol, Dubossary, Dnestrovsk and also from Chisinau sang songs by Vladimir Vysotsky. At the concert about three dozen well-known compositions sounded.
Screening of the movie «Vysotsky: Thank God I'm Alive» (2011) in the open sky cinema finished the evening. This biographic film narrating about several drama days of Vysotsky life had true success among the audience. Pyotr Buslov acted as director, and the screenwriter was Vladimir Vysotsky's son Nikita.
The next festival – «In national traditions of the Pridnestrovian region» - will take place in the Bendery Fortress on June 29. It will be devoted to folk art.
