Bendery, June 8. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. It became a good tradition to hold large-scale festivals on weekends in the Bendery Fortress. This time the festival brought together numerous jazz fans.
«Dnestrjazz» is not only an opportunity to listen to live jazz music of the beginning of the 20th century but also to learn elements of swing, to master skills of playing an electric guitar or to try out as the portraitist.
On the territory of the park, there were also thematic photo zones, exhibitions sales of arts and crafts creativity work products.
The musical part of the festival began with rewarding of all participants with memorable diplomas of the main organizer of an action State Service of Culture and Historical Heritage.
The first musicians – quintet «Liberty» are known far outside Pridnestrovie. Recently they have returned with an award of the international festival competition «Sounds of Russia», and today performed the best compositions from the repertoire.
Because of bad weather organizers of the festival decided to finish it earlier. At the same time, the audience violently applauded each participant at the concert. The next weekend in the Alexander Nevsky Park there will take place the festival of Vladimir Vysotsky memory «The place of the meeting cannot be changed».
