The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky, representatives of the PMR Government and the Supreme Council, residents of Tiraspol and guests of the city laid flowers at the building on-site point of the consular service of the Russian embassy, expressing condolences to the relatives and friends of citizens who died on May 5 in the crash of the SSJ100 plane that operated the SU1492 Moscow-Murmansk flight. The tragedy killed 41 people.

The Memorial to the Victims of Fascism has been reopened in Dubossary after reconstruction. It is located on the site where more than 18000 civilians were executed in the fall of 1941.
