President completed inspection of the republic in Kamenka. He visited several sites that are current or potential participants in the state capital investment program. The city school number 3 is considered as a candidate for inclusion in the list of 2020. The President was told that the building of the educational institution, in which 225 students study from Kamenka, Podoyma and Red October villages, is in need of repair of the roof and facade. Vadim Krasnoselsky examined the sports hall, in which, as it turned out, not only schoolchildren are engaged, but in the evenings - local youth. In general, the hall is in good condition, members of the delegation stated. The school kitchen needs attention, the President noted. According to him, the kitchen premises of most educational institutions are in similar condition. An appropriate program is adopted for comprehensive solution to the problem at the state level. This is for 5 years. Funding will be 32 million rubles. The funds have been allocated for putting in order the first seven food processing facilities of school and preschool education institutions this year.
The President visited the district House of Culture. The frontal facade of the building and the foyer are renovated. The left side of the building, along which the breakdown of the square is planned, is completely unattractive, the President is sure. Funds for the continuation of internal repairs is necessary: the House of Culture hall is dissonant with the modern and well-appointed foyer. At least 800 thousand rubles are needed to repair the roof. In general, according to preliminary calculations, it takes 2.5 million rubles to complete all work on this object. Residents of Kamenka expect that these funds will be allocated from the capital investment fund already next year.
Leadership of the stadium in Kamenka hopes for the state program. Plans are grand. Here they dream not only to put in order the stands and racetracks, but also to build a sports complex. The project is developed. Its preliminary cost is about 12 million rubles. After examining the documents and examining the available premises, the President noted that the developers had planned on a grand scale, but without taking into account the real possibilities. The project can be significantly cheaper, using the existing infrastructure wisely, Vadim Krasnoselsky supposes. He made a number of recommendations, pointing out the premises in the stadium territory that were unreasonably ignored by the designers, and requested that revised project.
The next point of the presidential inspection is CDH. Infrastructural changes are planned in the central district hospital. In addition, the institution acquired a modern digital X-ray machine (the President was told that more than 2000 people had taken advantage of the medical service since the beginning of the year), an autoclave was purchased, a solid hospital equipment was updated (160 new beds were installed in the wards, the required number of mattresses and bedding sets were purchased). This is only the first stage. The leadership of the Central District Hospital and the region is counting on state support in the future. Next year, they hope to repair and equip the local clinic. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the entrance group, noting that restoring dilapidated concrete structures is impractical: today there are many options for using lightweight materials. The President considers it obligatory to replace windows. The reconstruction of the hospital, which will mark its 75th anniversary next week, continues.
The local art school has something to boast. The walls were strengthened, the facade and roof were put in order, internal repairs were carried out, including in the assembly hall, the external sewer network was moved, and the courtyard was landscaped by means of funds allocated from the republican budget under the capital investment program. The state of the restrooms remains a problem. The President emphasized that the educational institution, where more than 160 people study, cannot function in absence of hygiene rooms, and instructed to immediately study the problem and find a solution.
Social infrastructure is updated in Kamenka district and at the expense of the local budget. Money is invested in the improvement and business entities. Sanatorium "Dniester", for example, plans to expand the area of the clinic. The President was told that on the first two floors of the extension to the existing building of the polyclinic there will be a hydropathic hospital, which in the future will be able to provide a greater number of medical services. According to the chief doctor of the sanatorium Ivan Bystrov, only radon baths will be 18 more. Medical diagnostic rooms are planned to be located on the third floor that due to the lack of space, are currently working in the living rooms of the dormitory building. The head of the medical institution noted that the need to expand the area is dictated by the increase in the number of people who want to improve their health in the sanatorium. There are 250 people in the institution, although, according to Ivan Bystrov, March-April are traditionally considered unproductive months (the main influx of patients begins in May) at the moment. For comparison: in the first half of spring of last year, 120 people rested less in the sanatorium. During the season, the head doctor noted, the Dniester receives up to 400 people. At the moment, the territory has been prepared for a new building, the sewer network is shifted. According to the contractor, by the end of this year it is planned to complete the construction of the monolithic part of the new building.
In general, if we talk about the results of last year, approximately 28 million rubles were invested in the infrastructure renovation of Kamenka District. Almost half of this amount was allocated by the state from the capital investment fund. Emphasis was placed on educational institutions in 2018. This year the list of objects is more diverse. It includes cultural centers, children's educational institutions, medical institutions, as well as children's playgrounds (it is planned to build 15 units in the city and in the countryside). At the moment we are talking about the allocation of 6.5 million rubles for Kamenka district. Changes are possible with the adjustments that are made in the course of the implementation of the republican program. The President has repeatedly said that stagnancy in solving large-scale tasks is unacceptable.
