Schools and kindergartens repair will be continued this year. Rural houses of culture are included to the program-2019. Headed by the President delegation visited the village of Malaeshty. The program allocated 2.2 million rubles for the overhaul of the local House of Culture. They are needed to restore the heating system, roofing and construction of the boiler room. Heat did not become in a recreation center in 1987. At the same time, creative teams never stopped doing it. Today there are 10 teams (97 people, two thirds of them children).

Vadim Krasnoselsky focused on the fact that the choice of contractor organization is of great importance in terms of the quality and efficiency of repair and restoration work. The President, finding out that the funds allocated this year will not be enough for a 100% reconstruction of the building of the cultural center of the village (an additional 2 million is needed), emphasized that funding should be provided next year. The President noted it is necessary to get the object into shape before making new plans. Another House of Culture, which was fortunate enough to be among the participants of the capital investment program-2019 is located in the village Karmanovo. According to the Head of Grigoriopol, 850 thousand rubles will be spent on bringing the territory in front of the recreation center into a proper form. Children's playgrounds will be built this year in the same settlement, as well as in the villages Vinogradnoye, Hyrtop, Krasnogorka, Glinoe, Bychok, Shipka and Speya, as well as in the villages Mayak and Kolosovo. 865 thousand is allocated from the fund for the implementation of these plans.
