Bendery, March, 22. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Head of the State Vadim Krasnoselsky made an inspection detour of Bendery. The President inspected objects which are under repair at the expense of the Investment Fund.
As the Press Service of the President reports, within the first year of implementation of the investment program in Bendery large-scale works on 27 objects for the total amount about 12 million have been carried out. In the majority, it was repaired the infrastructure of educational institutions.
Sporting venues were also included in the program. Among them, there is the building of the Sports Center for people with disabilities and the City Stadium (partially financed from the Investment Fund). The program is continued this year. The city carries out a lot of things also by own forces.
N. Tufanyuk Rowing School
Among institutions which were visited today by the President, there was N. Tufanyuk Rowing School. In its structure, there are two rowing bases – «Chajka» and «Youth». Created in the late seventies – the beginning of the 80th years of last century, both need serious reconstruction and re-equipment. Considering a condition of objects and their social importance, the Head of the state carried them to a number of primary participants of the Republican Investment Program, having recommended to include it in the corresponding list of 2019.
Works on the reconstruction of «Chajka» have begun. Carrying out repair of the three-storey building of life-saving station and creation on this platform of a modern complex which will include sports and training, administration and hotel premises and also the museum of rowing is supposed. The project is planned to be implemented by September of the current year. The President paid attention to other constructions which are in critical condition. They need to be released and demolished in the next few days. At the same time, it is important to think over the arrangement of saving point. Considering specifics of rowing sport and the fact that on the bank of the Dniester vacationers gather, the presence of professional rescuers is nearby obligatory, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized.
Let's remind, the Bendery Rowing School cultivates three sports: rowing, canoe racing, powerlifting. For years of existence 6, World Class Masters of Sports, two Honourable Masters of Sports of the USSR and nearly three hundred Masters of Sports of the USSR and PMR are brought up here. On the basis of N. Tufanyuk Rowing School by the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky (the former pupil of the school) the annual regatta «The President for a Healthy Lifestyle» is carried out.
Pool «Dolphin»
3.6 million are allocated according to the Capital Investments Program 2019 from the state treasury for a capital repair of the pool «Dolphin». Nearly two and a half million more were found by the local budget (the target program of capital repair of a dwelling stock, social and cultural facilities and improvement of the territory). Also, other sources are found. In total on the implementation of the project 8.5 million are necessary. It is about the restoration of an old 25-meter bowl on 6 paths (does not function since 2003) and construction of a new paddling pool smaller, only 90 centimetres in depth. It is supposed to make an object covered. The works are planned to be completed in the current year, the Bendery Head Roman Ivanchenko noted. With its opening the area where the city stadium and the pool will adjoin will become really sports, the President noticed. He emphasized that they should not extend the time of construction of the facility: missing resources will be dug up in the current period. That the pool will be demanded the management has no doubts.
Dynamo Stadium
The presidential delegation didn't ignore the Dynamo Stadium located side by side with future pool. Opened after long-term idle time, it actively functions. Works on further improvement are in parallel conduct. Roman Ivanchenko told about plans for the creation of the additional field and that local athlete's dream of construction of an arena.
Square Borisovsky
The Head of the state visited the square Borisovsky. It appeared in Bendery last year. Funds for its creation (more than 800 thousand) brought approximately in equal proportions the city and the state. In plans, there is further gardening and construction of the mini-soccer field.
Repair work is conducted at the Borisovsky Cemetery. Here will put gravestones, a monument, paths in order. The Head of the state, having noted the special importance of this place, called inadmissibly it's state and appearance and recognized claims of citizens as fair and reasonable.
«In 2010 at repair of complex improper materials were applied: it is impossible to cover graves with a tile. First, it not aesthetically. Secondly, weather conditions both in winter and during the summer period have a negative effect (as a result the tile is just showered)», – Vadim Krasnoselsky noted. According to him, the decision to replace a covering with granite is made. Paths will be levelled, as necessary raised and covered with paving slabs.
The beach at Fortress
In plans of this year, there is an improvement of the Bendery City Beach and a recreation area on the bank of the Dniester. Project cost – 1.5 million rubles. Descents, including from the Aleksandro-Nevsky Park, and Watergate are projected, the Head of the city told the President. According to him, a new object is thought over so that it could be used if not all the year round, then, at least, from early spring to late fall. Creation of a so-called zone of a barbecue, construction of game and sports grounds (football, volleyball, tennis), the arrangement of life-saving station, placement in the territory of the beach of a first-aid post, locker rooms, bathrooms are planned. The space for parking is allocated. There will be a mooring for small size vessels. Works on the clearing of the territory of the future beach are at the moment conducted. Previously it was examined by sappers, Roman Ivanchenko informed. At the water, the beach will be open for fans of the rest already on June 1 the current year. Improvement of infrastructure is the second stage of implementation of the project.
Vadim Krasnoselsky, having attentively studied the project, discussed with Roman Ivanchenko and Ivan Untu – the Head of Department of Construction, Architecture and Road Economy – some aspects of its realization, made a number of recommendations and the current instructions.
P. Tkachenko Palace of culture
This year attention will be paid also to P. Tkachenko Palace of culture. The recreation centre functions since 1962. On its platform there take place numerous actions of city and republican value and also systematic classes of on-stage performance groups. 2 million rubles were succeeded by local authorities to mark out it for a reduction in an appropriate state. As it became clear during studying the archival project documentation, the stage of the Bendery recreation centre is unique. Its feature is the existence of the rotary mechanism. Three decades it did not function, but experts came to a conclusion that the system can be restructured. Als,o the master who will returnthe original state to a floor covering is found. Als,o masters seek to keep the chandeliers. Auditorium chairs are purchased new. In the future,e the city expects to buy the sound and light equipment. The cost of each set is from 60 thousand dollars. But it is already a task on the prospect. Primary is to put the hall in order and to recover a scene. It is necessary to solve it prior to City Day. Vadim Krasnoselsky, having called recreation centre the centre of the cultural life of the city, expressed gratitude to the Bendery administration for the fact that it finds an opportunity to update infrastructure, without shifting all financial burden to the Republican budget.
Residential district Solar
One more point of an inspection route of a delegation headed by the President was the residential district Solar. There establish support of contact network of the electric transport for the trolleybus line which will girdle movement along Matsnev's and Leningrad streets. Branch extent is 2 kilometres. It is necessary to establish 144 support. The opening is planned for June 19 of the current year. The date is chosen not casually: on June 19, 1993, the first trolleybus plying between Tiraspol and Bendery was started up. The Head of the state noted that wait for expansion of the trolleybus network in this direction: the project is initiated according to numerous addresses of citizens. The President emphasized the importance of the interaction of the management of the city with the public, having noticed that only work in this way can bear positive fruits.
