Tiraspol, March, 5. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Financing of the program of the Capital Investments Fund (CIF) has to be transparent and clear. For this purpose, the Government appealed to the address of Audit Chamber of the PMR to carry out an inspection of expenses estimates on the objects repaired within the CIF in 2018. Prime Minister Alexander Martynov reported about it during the expanded meeting at the President of the PMR with the participation of heads of the municipal and regional State Administrations.
«In questions of budget implementation, including infrastructure projects, the transparency is very important. Therefore the Government made the decision to address to the Supreme Council and the Audit Chamber on conducting a check of execution on the Capital Investments Fund for 2018. There is a request in every possible way to render assistance to auditors within the checks», - Alexander Martynov told.In turn, the President recommended attracting to this work, besides profile bodies, public control.
«In 2018 the program of investments included 174 objects, in flowing – about the same number. I recommend involving when conducting checks of national control that will show our openness. The law «About Public Control» demands realization», - the Head of the state paid attention.
Heads of the State Administrations reported to the President on readiness for application of funds within the Investments Program 2019 during the meeting. The general estimate of expenses of the Fund for 2019 is 155 million rubles. In a priority, there are the healthcare institutions (nearly a third in the program). Funds will be allocated for construction of new buildings and also for an overhaul of hospitals, polyclinics, rural medical out-patient clinics and medical and obstetrical centres.
In 2019 the repair of schools and kindergartens will be continued. In the estimated money for reconstruction of Recreation centres (in the villages Vladimirovka, Ternovka and Karmanovo), the arrangement of playgrounds on all republic is put.
Also, the construction of the «Republican Sports and Rehabilitation Recovery Center for Disabled People», reconstruction of Infectious Department of Grigoriopol Central District Hospital will be finished. New cases of forensic medical examination and pathoanatomical office and also reception of Republican Clinical Hospital will be finished.
Money from the Fund will go for acquisition of seven apartments for disabled defenders of Pridnestrovie. It will be financed the purchase of the rolling stock for the Bendery trolleybus management, and technical equipment for the Tiraspol trolleybus management.
