Tiraspol, February, 15. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Head of Bendery reported on the work in 2018 to the President. In the 184-page document, Roman Ivanchenko sounded the most significant achievements and long-term plans, the Press Service of the Head of the state reports.
Execution of city programs
According to the Head, Bendery's population makes 89,282 people. City income slightly (for 5.3%), but grew in comparison with 2017 and was 238.9 million rubles. Almost the same sum appears in an account part of the budget. Productively there took place application of funds of the target program of capital repair of a dwelling stock, social and cultural facilities and improvement of the city. It is about the sum of 5.3 million rubles. On this money the Bendery stadium is restored, the first stage of reconstruction of the pool is completed, works on reduction in an appropriate condition of the Tkachenko Recreation Center are conducted.
Thanks to the Municipal Investments Program the new trolleybus line is opened. From the same source works on the breakdown of the square in the residential district «Borisovsky» are partially financed. Funds were allocated also from the Ecological Fund. It was succeeded to update special equipment and stock of the Directorate of Recreation Parks Municipal Unitary Enterprise.
A serious amount of works is executed on 26 socially important objects within the Republican Capital Investments Program: about 20 thousand square meters of a roof are updated, nearly seven hundred windows and 140 doors are replaced. The special attention is deserved by the reconstruction of rooms of a Sports Training Centre for Physically Disabled People.
Many problematic issues managed to be closed at the expense of the funds allocated last year according to the Voters Orders Execution Program: intro house drives are repaired, pedestrian sidewalks, nurseries and sports grounds are equipped, the new square on Timiryazev Street is broken. Funds which Bendery received due to a victory in a review competition «The greenest and clean city» also are allocated for improvement and gardening.
Equipment of educational institutions and social support of citizens
The Head of the Municipal Management did not disregard the educational sphere, having told that last year gyms of city schools were equipped with tennis tables, were provided with gymnastic mats and other sports stock. Office equipment and furniture were updated. Made investments are made in infrastructure and improvement of the meterial-technical base of objects of culture and sport. Roman Ivanchenko designated the main directions of the social support of citizens. He informed on allocation to four young families of the budgetary credits for the acquisition of housing. It was reported about the interaction of the State Administration with public organizations and also about how to work with citizens is based.
According to Roman Ivanchenko, he carried out 302 receptions, his deputies – 126. The mayor considers important aspect leaving from the practice of adoption of room decisions: address trial in situations and presence on the place is demanded by every fifth address. If to speak about the subject of problems with which come to administration then in a third of cases the citizens ask to render financial support, almost so many complaints are connected with the housing and public utilities, it is a lot of addresses about the improvement of housing conditions and concerning architecture. By the way, to the last direction most of all complaints from citizens concerning terms and quality of consideration of the applications.
In general problems of bureaucracy consigned to the past, the Bendery parliamentarians invited to a meeting said. Deputies of the Supreme Council noted openness of present Bendery Administration to dialogue, the high level of interaction and aspiration to work for the result.
The President addressed to the speaker a number of the current questions, made some recommendations, set the new tasks. In general, according to the Head of the state, the Bendery Administration successfully copes with the duties.
