Tiraspol, February, 15. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. One of the most noticeable and discussed achievements of the last year is the opening of the Alexander Nevsky Park. Works in its territory and around the park zone continue, but an object has already confirmed the social and tourist importance. The Head of Bendery Roman Ivanchenko told about it at a meeting with the President.
The festivals and concerts organized in the Park attracted tens of thousands of citizens of Bendery and city visitors. The Press Service of the Head of the state reports about 25 actions – musical, youth, children's, orthodox – planned for 2019.
President Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that the Bendery fortress and the Park adjoining to it are property and pride of all republic. He reminded that freight of organizational responsibility lies on shoulders of the Bendery Administration. At the same time, the Head of the state noticed: they have perfectly coped with the tasks set for them that speak about good personnel potential. As a task on the prospect, there is a need of the organization of parking spaces for the period of holding mass actions.
There are also other perspective practices which the Head of Bendery shared with participants of the meeting at the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that he will support any initiative directed to the improvement of life of people.
