Tiraspol, January, 28. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. February 2 Tiraspol will host a conference "Relevant Issues of Oncology". The event is organized by the public organization Oncologists of Pridnestrovie together with the Ministry of Health and the Medical Faculty of the T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University.
Leading oncologists from Moscow and St. Petersburg will take part in the conference in the video bridge mode. Surgeon Oncologist of the Clinic of High Medical Technologies N.I. Pirogov and the Higher School of Oncology resident Rostislav Pavlov will talk about the modern concept of diagnosis and treatment of stomach cancer.
Head of the Department of Rehabilitation of the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Radiological Research Center of oncology, oncologist and rehabilitation specialist Alexandra Stepanova, will make a presentation “Rehabilitation of cancer patients: a review of international experience and our own results”.
Senior Physician of the Department of Mammary Gland Pathology of Academician V.I. Kulakov FSI NMRRC, Valery Rodionov will tell on the modern aspects of breast cancer surgery. Lectures are also scheduled for practical work of oncologists and doctors of related specialties.
The event will take place in the 312th auditorium of the PSU Medical Faculty. It starts at 9:00 a.m.
