Bendery, January, 25. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The functions of the local authorities in the village of Varnitsa, being temporarily under control of Moldova Republic, will be implemented by the Protyagaylovskiy District Office of People's Deputies and the Administration of the village Protyagaylovka. The corresponding Decree was signed by the President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselski.
The document also explains that due to the fact that this territory is temporarily under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova, the Council of People's Deputies and the village Administration were not elected there.
It is reported that this regulation was adopted on the basis of the presentation of the Bendery City Council of People's Deputies, directed December 20, 2018.
It should be noted that along with the villages of Giska and Protyagaylovka, Varnitsa is the part of Bendery administrative and territorial entity.
This settlement is located in the High Security Area, which is the responsibility of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces and the Joint Control Commission.
