Tiraspol, December, 24. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The President of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselski congratulated citizens on Constitution Day.
“Adopted on December 24, 1995 in a national referendum, the Constitution turned a new page in the history of the Pridnestrovian state. The Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Basic Law fully reflects the will of the people, their interests, proclaims the principles of democracy, guarantees the rights and freedoms of the individual, declaring a person the highest value of society and the state” - the President’s congratulatory letter says.
Vadim Krasnoselski noted that Pridnestrovie had existed as a law-based state for 28 years: the rule of law in all spheres of social life remains the basis of our legislative framework.
“Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is future-oriented: legislative norms are being improved, the Development Strategy of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2019–2026 is adopted, economic and social spheres are being reformed. These transformations are aimed at implementing the norms and principles that underlie the Constitution. They are focused on the needs and demands of the people” - the Head of State emphasized.
On the festive day, Vadim Krasnoselski wished his fellow citizens peace, happiness, goodness and well-being.
