Tiraspol, December, 23. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovie does not build socialism, but seek to construct socially just society with a market economy. President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky reminded during the interview to the First Pridnestrovian Channel, that it is stated in the PMR Development Strategy.
«One of the state ideas is the creation of a people-centred state with a market economy. The market will earn money to stabilize our citizens socially and to give them the chance to live adequately in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic», - the President told.
The Head of the state reminded that this year there was a significant rise in the teachers of correctional schools and boarding schools salaries. Also, the pensioners who receive pensions below a subsistence minimum now have 100 additional rules. From next year the salaries and pension in the state will grow by 7%.
«We earned money so we had an opportunity to give people that they deserve. It, maybe, is not enough, but it is necessary to move gradually, dynamically, - Vadim Krasnoselsky noticed. – Whatever earned the state, we will spend for an increase in pensions and salaries, or for repair of the infrastructure, for its development that also creates a favourable climate for living in our country».
As for infrastructure, only this year according to the program of the Capital Investments Fund 150 social objects was constructed and reconstructed. 150 more are planned for the next year. At the same time, 32 of them are health care facilities.
Vadim Krasnoselsky considers that to pass from the budget of decumulation to the budget of development was the right decision. Thus it is possible to solve the whole complex of problems.
«The Aleksandro-Nevsky Park cost 10 million rubles and to raise pensions and salaries only for 7%, 200 million rubles are necessary. These are 20 such parks. The sums are incommensurable. Raising pensions and salaries, we think of people of the senior generation, of people who work in the budgetary sphere. But, building the park, we think not only of them, we think of those young people who should be fixed in the PMR, that it was comfortable and interesting to them here. Therefore everything is harmonious. It is necessary to raise pensions and salaries, it is necessary to develop Pridnestrovie, it is necessary to state the republic with bright events for people here not only worked and lived but also had adequately rest», - the Head of the state concluded.
