Tiraspol, December, 18. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The program of the capital investment fund is targeted for a long period and is designed to improve social facilities infrastructure state significantly. This statement was made today at a press conference by President Vadim Krasnoselski.
The capital fund started to operate this year. Thanks to the allocated funds (exclusively budget), about 150 objects were repaired and built. Those are kindergartens, schools, houses of culture and, partly, sports schools. The head of state promised that that was only beginning.
“This program will be continued next year and the year after that. Thus, over the 4 years of implementation of the capital investment fund program, we plan to repair or rebuild about 500-600 facilities. This is very important and correct. We are moving from the consumption budget to the development budget, and we do it harmoniously” - he said.
Vadim Krasnoselski had also reminded that due to the stabilization of the situation in the economy next year, the republic raises pensions and public sector wages by 7 percent.
“This is very important. Yes, maybe it`s not much, but this is just the beginning. We stated that, and we`d done that. Again, this is a joint effort between the Government and the Supreme Council in search of the source and opportunities, and this will be continued” - the head of state emphasized.
