Tiraspol, November, 22. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. On the publication of textbooks on the history of Pridnestrovie for 11th grade will be sent 87 thousand rubles. This amount is provided by the state referral program "Textbook".
It should be reminded, that the compulsory subject "History of PMR" was introduced in the educational institutions of the republic from current school year. However, still there are not enough textbooks on the new discipline in schools.
Last week, the President of PMR signed a law, according to which the total amount of expenditures on the implementation of the state referral program was adjusted. As follows from the document, the total amount of funding for the program for 2017–2021 will be 6.5 million rubles. Corresponding changes had been made to the law on the budget for the current year.
87 thousand rubles, which will be allocated for PMR history textbooks manufacture, were managed to save up on the basis of tenders held this year.
According to the Ministry of Education, these funds will be enough to satisfy the real need of general educational institutions for the necessary literature, while not exceeding the funding limits.
