Oleg Kabaloev drew the attention of Vadim Krasnoselski to a noticeable reduction in the number of appeals. Among them there are civil cases dominated recently. Oleg Kabaloyev noted that representatives of the judicial community and employees of the Constitutional Court pay great attention to legislative framework improving. According to him, at this stage, numerous changes are being made that have been made to Russian legislation in order to assess the feasibility of their implementation in the legal field of Pridnestrovie.
In addition, the chairman of PMR Constitutional Court noted that when considering cases on the constitutionality of laws or their individual provisions, it is important for judges to know the position of the President.
Speaking of rule-making, Vadim Krasnoselski focused on the fact that the Constitutional Court is a full-fledged subject of legislative initiative. The President, stressing that this is not only a right, but also an obligation, encouraged the judicial community not to wait for a precedent and specific trials, but to work on improving the legislative framework for the future.
