Tiraspol, December 6. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Time in employment at the foreign enterprises which paid taxes to the budget of another state will be considered as seniority. It will be possible if these organizations have eventually registered in the PMR. Such bill has passed the second reading in the Supreme Council today and will be submitted for signature to the president Vadim Krasnoselsky who is the author of this legislative initiative.
Registration of the Moldova's organizations located in the territory of Pridnestrovie will increase Pridnestrovie's Social Insurance Fund revenue approximately on 35 thousand rubbles a month, or 420 thousand rubbles a year, it is told in the explanatory note to the bill. It will be provided with the taxes from the registered organizations allocated to the Pridnestrovie's budget.
It will provide us with a possibility to make allowance for time in employment and to pay pension to about two hundred persons who, according to the Pridnestrovie's Uniform State Social Insurance Fund (USSIF), worked in the RM organizations located in the territory of Pridnestrovie.
Today, according to the Pridnestrovie's laws, the total pensionable service includes only those periods of work when the worker fell under the state social insurance. Legal entities pay a unified social tax and a required premium for the worker to the Pridnestrovie's USSIF budget. That’s why the time in employment at the foreign enterprises, which were located in the territory of Pridnestrovie, but paid the pension tax to the budget of another state, will be disregarded as seniority when assigning a pension in the PMR.
