Tiraspol, 13 June. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Investment project proposals by Pridnestrovian enterprises have been transmitted to Russia, the deputy prime minister for finance, Tatyana Kirova, said during a new conference on the Pridnestrovian delegation's visit to Moscow. In addition, a letter requesting financial assistance has been submitted to Russia's vice premier Dmitry Rogozin for consideration.

«Preliminary work was carried out to evaluate the investment projects submitted by our enterprises. We have selected the most promising of them in the field of industry, agriculture — those that are primarily aimed at modernising and expanding production. A letter has been sent to Dmitry Rogozin to request sufficient financial assistance for the implementation of these projects. Currently, this request is under consideration, and we are looking forward to a positive decision in the near future," she said.

It will be possible to speak about any progress in this matter only after this positive decision has been made, added the minister of economic development, Sergey Obolonik.

«Russia is monitoring these processes, including the presentation of investment projects. Once the source of funding is available, we’ll try to secure funds for our projects and further use Russia's assistance to develop our enterprises," he noted.

As we have informed, the investment projects were presented in the government at the end of May. In two weeks, several dozen enterprises submitted their proposals. According to the first deputy prime minister, Alevtina Slinchenko, the total amount of investment is approximately 750 million roubles.
