Tiraspol, 3 May. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The organisers have published a schedule of festive events that take place in Tiraspol on 9 May. As usual, most of the events will be held in the city's centre — Alexander Suvorov Square.
At 9:00 the military parade will start the celebration dedicated to the 72nd anniversary to the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
At 11:30 the flower-laying ceremony will take place at the Glory Memorial. The Immortal Regiment march will start in Suvorov Square at 12:00.
The 1st military camp of the OGRF will be the host of a 1945 battle enactment, the honouring of war veterans and a holiday concert.
At 12:30 holiday concerts will start on the open-air stages in all city districts and near the Tiraspol Cinema.
At 13:30 the Tiraspol Cinema will show the war drama Panfilov's 28 Men.
Military hardware will be on display since 17:00 at an exhibition which is to be organised behind the Suvorov Monument.
From 18:00 to 19:00 an audio version of the Victory Letters concert will be broadcast in the central square which will further host the Victorious May show.
At 19:40 the orchestra of the General Headquarters of the Defence Ministry will perform a concert called Fireworks of Victory in Our Songs and Hearts.
The holiday fireworks at 21:00 will conclude the celebration.
