Tiraspol, 19 December. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. During today's government meeting, Vadim Krasnoselsky introduced the new head of the executive body. As we have informed, earlier this post was taken up by Alexander Martynov. The head of state also told about his first decisions concerning the work of the executive authorities.
«The railway will come under the government's operational control. It should not be the presidential administration's concern, and, as far as I know, the NEC company will be dissolved since 1 January 2017. So, please, see to it that all the necessary procedures be executed. But, of course, all funds should be allocated exclusively to the railway," said Vadim Krasnoselsky.
The head of state also announced that his decree «On procedures for the use of state and municipal property» was no longer in force. That document provided for a temporary ban on the conclusion and execution of earlier concluded agreements on the use of this property.
In addition, the president instructed heads of state administrations that all utility services should be ready for any winter weather conditions.
«Winter is, of course, an important question. It may unexpectedly snow tomorrow, as usual. Here, of course, responsibility lies with heads of administrations, the Ministry of Interior and to a certain extent with the Ministry of Regional Development. You deal with it. Keep an eye on this issue," said Vadim Krasnoselsky.
According to Vadim Kerasnoselsky, all basic appointments in the government will be made this week. Alexander Martynov, in turn, outlined the major areas of work for the near future.
«The main tasks are to ensure the payment of salaries and pensions, to finance state-run institutions, health care and education facilities. And of course, to maintain the rule of law and all vital functions of our state," said Alexander Martynov.
