Tiraspol, August 24. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The VII Russian Youth Educational Forum «Territory of Meanings» was held between August 14 and August 20 in the Vladimirskaya Oblast of Russia. The Federal Agency for Youth of the Russian Federation, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Government Budgetary Institution «Russian Center for Civil and Patriotic Education of Youth» were its organizers.
The event brought together children from all over Russia and from foreign states. Pridnestrovians also took part in the forum, that is 14 young men and girls. They are the winners of the republican competitions «We are United!» and «Leader of Students Comanaging» held by the Pridnestrovie's Education Ministry under the auspices of the Dniester-Prut Center of the Russian Institute for Strategic Research (RISR), and also the activists of the Zvezda Youth Movement.
«The Territory of Meanings has given me a self-confidence boost and experience. Interaction with representatives of the All-Russian Civic Movement «Volunteers of Victory» has made the most vivid impression. The question concerning volunteering in Pridnestrovie has been asked. We will further cooperation with these young activists, and, perhaps, we will manage to develop the volunteer base in Pridnestrovie, to make the word 'volunteer' more resonant and significant. Very much attention is paid to this question in Russia now," the chairperson of the Zvezda Youth Movement Svetlana Molake emphasized.
She added that the Pridnestrovie's youth put down many new roots during the forum.
«We were marked during the forum. Following the results, we have received an invitation to the World Youth and Student Festival. It will be held in Sochi in 2017. We expect a formal invitation to the event in September," Svetlana Molake told.
