Experts of the World Health Organization to deliver a number of trainings for Pridnestrovian experts

For example, 6 experts from PMR will go to a seminar in Riga

Tiraspol, August 19. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. A working meeting with representatives of the World Healthcare Organization (WHO) in RM, specifically, coordinator of the programs in the field of maternity and children's health Larisa Boderskova, and also coordinator of infective diseases programs Silviu Ciobanu, was held in the Pridnestrovie's Healthcare Ministry.

As the press service of the Pridnestrovie's Healthcare Ministry notes, work on protection of maternity and childhood was sped up in August. The previous meeting with Larisa Boderskova had been held on August 9, and a certain work was performed after it.

«We've carried out inner monitoring of pediatric offices' work. A working group for obstetric protocols has been created and it has already got to work. Your wishes have been considered, and the experts of university's medical faculty have been included in the group," the director of the Main Administration for the Organization of Medical Care Marina Niryan noted.

Previously, the medical institutions with pediatric offices carried out the inner monitoring according to the offered plan provided by the WHO representatives. The experts of the organization will make the External Quality Assessment of the hospital pediatric care soon.

A plan of measures have been discussed, it will be implemented under the auspices of the WHO in the following fields: protection of maternity and childhood, vaccination, improvement of therapeutic intervention of HIV/AIDS and associated diseases, such as tuberculosis and hepatitis. Besides, a number of trainings with involvement of experts of the WHO Bureau for Europe will be carried out.

«It is planned to hold a seminar in Riga, 6 experts from Pridnestrovie will go there. It will be an intensive course for the clinicians. A practical training with on-site visits will be organized," Silviu Ciobanu noted.

Experts told that there were a lot more projects in the future: August and September will be rich in assessment missions, working meetings, trainings and seminars.
