Tiraspol, 7 June. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Preparation and Training Centre in Dobryanka city, Perm Kray, hosted the 7th Corporate Open Competition of Inter RAO Group's Operating Personnel for Steam-Turbine Plant. Twenty teams took part in the competition.
Over the past six years Moldavskaya GRES specialists have been participating in this competition, acquiring necessary experience and knowledge.
The competition consists of five stages and involves all team members. The first two stages include the examination of the knowledge of technological normative documents and participants' capability of revealing derogations from these documents.
At the third and fourth stages participants show their skills in working in normal modes, performing launch operations at construction units, responding quickly and efficiently to emergency situations and preventing them.
The last stage comprises the examination of the correctness and promptness of health care delivery, using a special mannequin, and fire extinguishing with fire prevention facilities.
The team of Moldavskaya GRES ranked fifth, showing a decent result and emphasising the complexity, importance and responsibility of this professional exam.
«We did our best to win, and we will certainly share our experience with our colleagues who will uphold the professional honour of the power plant next year," says the plant's shift supervisor, Alexander Blashko.
As the CEO of JSC Moldavskaya GRES, Alexey Shirma, said in an interview with Novosti Pridnestrovya, «owing to their serious training, Moldavskaya GRES's team showed a decent result, ranking fifth among the best professionals of Inter RAO Group's operating personnel. He thanked all participants and wished them many successes in their work.
