Tiraspol, 7 June. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The international rowing competition «Moscow Grand Regatta» took place at the Olympic Krylatskoye Rowing Canal from 3 to 5 June.
350 athletes under the age of 23 and skilled rowers, representing 17 regions of Russia, as well as Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Kazakhstan, took part in the competition.
The trainees of Bendery's Rowing School coach Fedor Derevyanko showed good results at the Moscow regatta. Daria Skorynina and Natalya Tsabur won Double Sculls Final A, leaving the Russian team behind.
Tatyana Kontsevichenko had no equal in Final B (final 7th place).
Maxim Perendishli and Alexey Zhandyk won the coxless pairs event.
Anna Afanasyeva ranked fourth in the single sculls competition.
