Tiraspol, 30 May. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Ukrainians from Pridnestrovie win World Football Cup among the Ukrainian expatriate communities. The fifth Games were held in Ternopil (Ukraine) between May 17 and May 22 and, national teams of the Ukrainian origin from Spain, Romania, Moldova, Pridnestrovie and Belarus took part in them, the Sports State Service reports.
Following the draw procedure, the team of Ukrainians from Pridnestrovie got in a group with the Spanish and Belarusian national teams. After winning in a group stage and a semi-final, Pridnestrovians reached the final where they overwhelmed one more team of the Belarusian Ukrainians with the score 3:0.
We will remind, the team of Ukrainians from Pridnestrovie won this championship twice: in 2012 and 2013.
