Rybnitsa, May 5. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Industrial giant of Pridnestrovie — the Moldavian Steel Works kick-started production again. According to our reporter, start-up of the steel-making section was normal. The furnaces started working approximately at 8:00.
Prime Minister Pavel Prokudin emphasized that it was a very important event both for Rybnitsa and for entire republic because it meant tax revenue for the budget.
As of May 4 the MSW have a raw material stock of 30 thousand tons of scrap brought from Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. The plant staff hope for stable work in the next months.
