Tiraspol, 27 April. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Supreme Council has approved on first reading a draft law amending the law «On individual entrepreneurial patent». The bill, submitted to the parliament, extends the list of activities which can be conducted pursuant to the entrepreneurial patent.
This applies to:
— conduct of entertaining and spectacular activities (puppet shows, one-person shows);
— cemetery maintenance;
— provision of pay toilets;
— public catering;
— production of tombstones and other funeral accessories.
As was noted during today’s plenary session, the elaboration of this project has been grounded by numerous requests from citizens.
The government has given a positive opinion on the bill, despite some remarks.
The draft law has passed its first reading.
