Tiraspol, April 7. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Following the results of the visit to Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova on April 5−6, the delegation of mediators and observers of the «Constant council…» in the 5+2 format released a communiqué.
It is noted in a brief statement posted on the official OSCE website that the readiness of Chisinau and Tiraspol to kick start the dialogue was acclaimed by representatives of the mediators and the observers enthusiastically.
As the Foreign Ministry's Press Service reports, external participants of the 5+2 format also urged the sides to hold the meetings between the chief negotiators in the 1+1 format more intensively, combining them with frequent and subject discussions within the working groups. Mediators and observers told about the readiness to organize the next meeting of the «Constant council…» in the 5+2 format in Berlin within the next two months if the sides show commitment and cooperation.
