Tiraspol, 5 April. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The State Customs Committee (SCC) of the PMR draws economic agents' attention to amendments to SCC's order of 19 February 2016 «On preliminary procedures and customs clearance of perishable goods and live animals transported through the customs border of the PMR».
According to the SCC's press service, amendments aim to quicken and enhance the procedure of customs clearance and control of goods and vehicles transported through the country's customs border.
The committee's order is supplemented with sub-paragraph «в», stipulating that the registration of foreign economic contracts and documents is executed by customs authorities as a matter of priority within an hour upon the submission of all documents necessary for the expert examination and registration of a foreign economic contract.
Besides, in case documents for the registration of a foreign economic contract are submitted in less than an hour until the end of a custom authority's operating hours, the expert examination and registration of the contract will be completed this very day.
The amendments to this document came into effect on 3 April 2016.
