Tiraspol, 16 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovie's President Yevgeny Shevchuk met with Dmitry Loskutov, assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia — Russian President's envoy for Pridnestrovie Dmitry Rogozin, the Pridnestrovie's Presidential Press Office reports.
Current social and economic situation in Pridnestrovie and factors influencing the developing situation in the republic were discussed. They also exchanged opinions on the measures taken by the Pridnestrovie's authorities for mitigation in different facets of the republic.
During the meeting, Yevgeny Shevchuk and Dmitry Loskutov paid special attention to the issues concerning the economic and social conditions of the Russian Federation citizens residing in Pridnestrovie and compatriots.
