Tiraspol, 24 February. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. «Capital of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic is a location of an official residence of the President of the Pridnestrrovian Moldavian Republic, a seat of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, other public authorities, diplomatic missions and consular institutions of foreign states and offices of international organizations in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic». MP Grigory Dyachenko offered to capture it at the legislative level.
«Present bill was drafted to a specify the provisions of the article 1 of the law About the Status of the Capital of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic in order to define the seat of the highest state authority bodies of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic," it is told in the interpretive note to the bill.
«The current version of the law is absolutely acceptable," the head of the Pridnestrovie's Justice Ministry Olga Zvarych noted in turn.
The MPs endorsed the initiative in the first reading.
