Tiraspol, 20 January. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Issues related to the changes in the routes for the delivery of goods to Pridnestrovie by railway were discussed at today's meeting.
It is recalled that since 1 January 2016 Ukraine and Moldovad have changed the routes for the delivery of cargoes to Pridnestrovie by rail. The corresponding protocol agreement was signed by Moldovan and Ukrainian railway authorities at the beginning of December 2015.
Risks and difficulties arising in the process of delivering Pridnestrovian goods were brought up at the meeting. The meeting participants also discussed possible losses the Pridnestrovian railway and the country's economic entities may incur in 2016.
«Moldova is refusing to hold a normal dialogue at the level of working groups, despite Pridenstrovie's claims that it is necessary to work out an optimal scheme for the participation of the Pridnestrovian railway in goods delivery to the PMR," said the foreign minister.
Vitaly Ignatyev added that Pridnestrovie is expecting to raise this issue again at the level of expert working groups and at the level of chief negotiators in the soonest possible time.
