Russian Customs Academy graduates from Pridnestrovie awarded diplomas

Three customs officers from Pridnestrovie, who were sent to study at Russian Customs Academy (through the cooperation with Russia's customs service), have successfully graduated from the customs department

During a diploma awarding ceremony, the director of the Russian Customs Academy, Vladimir Mantusov, said that the academy is an educational centre for training and retraining customs officers of different levels not only for the Russian customs, but also for the CIS states.

According to the RCA, this year among its graduates are not only Russian students, but also representatives of Azerbaijan, Belorussia, Tadjikistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Moldova and Pridnestrovie.

In the nearest time, Pridnestrovie's graduates, CSS officers, will have the opportunity to apply professional knowledge and skills obtained in the academy. As noted by the SCC educational centre, today the RCA graduates of different years form the workforce potential of Pridnestrovie's customs and its prospects for future development.

Thanks to the cooperation established back in 2007, today 44 customs officers from Pridnestrovie are full-time students of the Academy or its branches.

According to the SCC press service, this year the customs service plans to send 20 school leavers to get special customs education, and six acting SCC officers to have post-graduate and master's degree studies.
