The European Canoe Sprint Seniors Championship 2015 took place in the Czech city of Racice. As the press center of the Pridnestrovie's Sport State Service reported, Alexey Korovashkov (a trainee of the Pridnestrovie's honored coach Yevgeny Logvin) succeeded most of all. He won two gold medals after the final heats in paracanoe at distances of 200m and 500m. Ivan Shtyl from Russia was his teammate.
Together with Ilya Pervukhin Alexey Korovashkov won a silver medal in the European championship. During the main race in paracanoe at the distance of 1000m, the Russian double lost only 2 seconds to the Ukrainian crew.
Two more trainees of the Pridnestrovie's rowing schools within the Russian national team crew (Kirill Shamshurin, Vladislav Chebotar, Rasoul Ishmukhamedov and Victor Melantyev) wined in the final heat of canoe fours.
