The Head of Pridnestrovie gave comment on the signing of the protocol resolution «About the mechanism of cooperation between the insurance institutions of Moldova and Pridnestrovie in the CMTPL agreements». The leaders of the sides signed the document today. The signing ceremony took place in the Rossiya Hotel in Tiraspol.
«In the conditions of the economic turbulence aggravated by crisis and uncertainty over the entire macroregion, the trust between us is very valuable. A good example demonstrating result and constructive cooperation is a draft of the protocol resolution concerning the car insurance prepared by the experts and political agents of the sides. This document confirms the fact that, using their political will, the sides can quickly and effectively make decisions beneficial to the population of Pridnestrovie and Moldova," the Pridnestrovie's President noted.
Evgeny Shevchuk emphasized that the main thing is that the document worked without any slowdown.
«With this view, the authorized experts and also the insurance companies' representatives of the both sides have to adjust and approve the obligatory basic mechanism for the cooperation between the insurance institutions of Pridnestrovie and Moldova till May 10» — the President informed.
He added that the Pridnestrovie's side is ready for the constructive interaction and hopes that the today's meeting and signing of the document will be a positive impulse which will bring us closer to the early solution of other problems.
«The Pridnestrovie's side believes that our main common priority may also become the issues concerning the removal of sanctions against the republic's foreign economic activity, the common joining to the active international trade, consideration and resolution of the Moldova's criminal prosecution issues against the Pridnestrovie's officials and businessmen, the difficulties of Pridnestrovie's citizens crossing the Moldova's border. Also, Pridnestrovie would like to ask the Moldavian partners a number of questions about the sphere of telecommunication, as it was talked about before," Evgeny Shevchuk concluded.
In turn, the Moldova's Prime Minister Kirill Gaburich expressed confidence that signing of this agreement would be an example for the solution of some other issues.
«I am sure that we will find solutions, because both our side and your side are eager to do it for the people who work, live and move from one bank of the Dniester River to another," Kirill Gaburich said.
