Wounded Ruslan Chiobanu is in extremely critical condition now. As a result of a gunshot wound, the vitals were injured and he lost much blood. Doctors do everything possible to save him.
The Pridnestrovie’s Committee for State Security (KGB) hopes the victim to stay alive and they also hope that impartial investigation will be carried out involving also his relatives. At the same time, according to the republic’s legislation, R. Chiobanu and V. Kordur are held administratively liable for the illegal crossing of the Pridnestrovie’s state border.
