Such agreement was reached during the visit of the delegation from the Arkhangelsk Region to our republic. According to the Deputy Agriculture and Trade Minister of the Arkhangelsk Region Irina Bazhanova, the delegation members visited the canning factories, the cognac distilleries, garment, clothing and footwear factories, the Arkhangelsk Governor's and Government's Press Service reports.
"We determined the main course of cooperation, i.e. the delivery of fruits, vegetables and derived products to the Arkhangelsk Region. The delivery routes were analyzed, the preparatory negotiations concerning the customs registration of freights, the certification, the size and schedule of deliveries, the assortment of goods were carried out," Irina Bazhanova told.
The contracts for the delivery of apples and different types of canning production to the regional retail store networks will be concluded very soon. Then will come the turn of peaches, cherry, sweet cherry, apricots and strawberry.
Today, the Agriculture and Trade Ministry considers the question concerning the deliveries of flowers and consumer goods to the region. "Pridnestrovie has a splendid opportunity to enter the Russian market and to replace the goods from the EU countries," Irina Bazhanova emphasized.
The cooperation in the tourism sphere and the visiting of the Dniester health resort by Arkhangelsk people is considered separately.
