The PRB reports, the exchange offices will receive as much cash dollars as the republic's enterprises and the population need
The Pridnestrovie's First Channel reports that dollars were allocated to the most popular exchange offices of Tiraspol and Bendery. The other Pridnestrovie's regions are the next. There are some difficulties with the cash currency receipts, but they are being solved. There will be enough dollars for anyone, it is noted in the PRB.
The country's Central Bank is ready for the excessive demand. One million dollars was allocated to the exchange offices, it is way more, than population needs. The experts predict that people will get currency for the emergency and will make savings at the beginning. But the dollars will be brought again tomorrow, then again and again until the demand will be satisfied completely.
Each exchange office sells no more than $300 per customer in order that maximum number of people needing dollars got them and that unfair businessmen couldn't thrive on the agiotage. In the next serving-hatch, it is possible to buy another $300 and so on. So, there are no any real restrictions for the population, but the PRB complicates it for the punters.
"Such manipulations took place repeatedly last year. There were certain issues when the exchange office had received money from the bank and then in 15-30 minutes there were left no money. It was explined like this: one of the clients had come there and had bought all the sum of about 10-20 thousand dollars at once. It could actually happen, but in fact they assisted the speculators. The person took advantage of the situation and sold this currency in a little bit overestimated rate. Now, the law enforcement agencies are closely working on these cases," the PRB's Deputy Chairman Alexander Lyanka noted.
Dollar saturation of the market was started from the cities, because there’s maximum demand: 30 Tiraspol's and 10 Bendery's exchange offices were involved. Then, the dollars will be allocated to the other cities. It's possible that not everyone can get the currency, so the PRB will continue to saturate the market. The Central Bank has non-cash dollars, Alexander Lyanka says. The problem concerning the conversion of currency into cash was solved, but not entirely. Now, the sufficient cash amount will be available to the enterprises and trade organizations as well as the population, it is noted in the PRB.
"The President set the task to solve this problem. Today, there are quite enough non-cash US dollars and other non-cash foreign currency to keep the exchange rate stable. That is why all other gossip, talks and allegedly leaked information concerning the change of the currency rate are unreasonable," Alexander Lyanka told.
He added that the PRB sells a large amount of US dollars through the banks having the greatest network of exchange offices. It happens in the most populated places. So, the earlier Pridnestrovians make sure that they can buy any amount of the US currency any time as well as euro, hryvnia and leu, the sooner the excessive demand will fall, it is noted in the Central Bank.
