The Building Enterprises Union's chairman (BEU) Nikolay Gnedin told during the interview to the Novosti Pridnestrovya news agency that the forum had been held in Moscow on February 11-12
The meeting was organized in Gostiny Dvor by the initiative of the Russia's Construction and Housing and Utilities Ministry. Altogether more than 250 exhibitor-companies took part in it, and there were also about 3 thousand participants among them.
The development strategies of the housing construction for 2015-2018, the essential priorities and the main development directions of the Russia's construction sector were discussed during the forum. Also, a number of roundtables and discussions took place there.
"The Russian constructors have the same problems, as the Pridnestrovie's construction sector. The solution approaches are also similar, that is why the offers submitted during the Russia-wide forum are absolutely reasonable for us too," the BEU's chairman Nikolay Gnedin noted.
The representatives of the Pridnestrovie's Building Enterprises Union met with the management of the Russia's Constructors' Union during their last visit. This is the largest organization consisting of 82 district, interregional and regional unions, it includes 260 member societies uniting more than 41.000 construction organizations, enterprises and institutes in 80 territorial entity of the Russian Federation.
The main objective of the Russia's Constructors' Union is to unite the construction organizations' efforts in the strengthening and the development of the country's construction sector. The Union's leaders and members closely cooperate with the Russia's State Duma, its committees, the Russian Federation's Government, the Federation Council, the Russian Federation's Construction and Housing and Utilities Ministry and take part in the new acts elaboration and regulations improvement.
The management of the RCU took interest in the Pridnestrovie's political and economic situation. They also concerned the construction sector of the republic.
The Cooperation Agreement between the Russia's Interindustry Employers' Association "The Russia's Constructors' Union" and the Pridnestrovie's Building Enterprises Union has been signed in August, 2012 and is still in force.
