Several dozens of citizens took part in a child’s favorite winter entertainment – a snowball fight
The idea to organize winter ‘snow fights’ for everyone isn't new. It had a great success in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev involving the social networks members including the Pridnestrovie’s youth. “I stumbled at the photos surfing the Web. ‘Why not?’ we thought and went into this affair,” the creator of the community “Pridnestrovie’s the way it is” in VK social network Nikita Kornev.
Special Vehicle Fleet and Tiraspol Young Travelers Station helped to choose and decorate the place, and the social networks activists helped with the advertisement. As a result, the citizens of different age and status united by the desire to recap the childhood (in a good way) gathered in the capital Victory Park to battle in the real snowball fight in the sunny Saturday afternoon. Especially that any special experience wasn't required for this, unless the accuracy and ability to make snowballs.
“The rules were to split into two teams each having their territory marked by the color tagged trees. The task of the team was to get to the opponents’ territory and to push them back. Who makes it the first, those win,” Nikita Kornev explained.
The first was the orange team at the start, after that – the green team, and then everything confused, so not the victory, but excellent mood and positive emotions for all day was the most important.
Besides, it was the first ‘snow fight’ for our republic, but organizers hope, it wasn’t the last.
