Submitting the draft budget for 2015 and for the target period of 2016-2017 the Prime Minister Tatyana Turanskaya underscored, the government had granted approximately 1.9 billion rubles to the economic agents for the energy utilization privileges, to the population – about 1,5 billion rubles per year
"The second area of grants implementation deals with the certain agricultural melioration system maintenance on the certain level. So, according to the budget for 2015, 20 million rubles are expected to provide the salaries of the personnel working with this system," - Tatyana Turanskaya emphasized.
Also, according to her, as a result of the electric power tariff reduction for the irrigation, including tariff difference, the government support runs at about 22 million rubles overall.
One more type of the State support is granting the privileges in various areas of investing activities. So, the total amount of the tax concessions provided in 2013 was 1 billion 108 million rubles, including the corporate income tax concession, i.e. 315 million rubles.
"Besides, the citizens were also supported. I mention that since January 1, 2013 we have increased the non-assessable wage rates up to the subsistence level. The amount of the non-assessable wage rate has increased by 650 rubles. Accordingly, together with the additional withholding privileges the citizen pays average 6.8% of the income tax now. At this moment the paid amount of the individual income tax is 10% less due to these privileges provided by the government. The income tax privileges amount is equal to 476.2 million rubles following the results of 2013," - the Pridnestrovie’s Prime Minister resumed.
Tatyana Turanskaya pointed out that, in general, the government had provided financial aid for the population and national economy branches with about 5 billion rubles in 2013.
