Pridnestrovie's president noted: "The policy of economic constraints does not favour seeking political compromise, but puts off its achievement. Our banking and transportation systems have been blocked so far, and our position at the negotiations is aimed at solving these problems. We have always been open to cooperation. To enhance collaboration, we expect our Moldovan partners to show political will. Eliminating economic barriers is capable of considerably decreasing conflict potential on the whole."
